If there is only one floor plan, why is there a price difference?

There are two primary reasons for the price difference: 1. In addition to our standard units, we offer a growing number of completely upgraded units, & 2. Some of our apartments feature a washer/dryer or washer/dryer hookups.

What features does an upgraded unit offer?

Additional features in our upgraded units include: 1. Stainless steel appliances, 2. Granite countertops, 3. Ceramic tile kitchen & bathroom floors, 4. Custom wood cabinets, 5. Contemporary brushed nickel fixtures and more.

Which apartments have washer and dryer hook ups?

All upstairs apartments have washer/dryer hookups (units C & D) as well as downstairs A units. B units do not contain hook ups but instead offer an extra storage closet. Our upgraded B units come with a washer/dryer.

How many bathrooms does each apartment have?

Each apartment has one bathroom that contains a bath/shower, vanity sink with mirror, toilet and linen closet.

Does each resident have an assigned parking spot?

We do not give assigned parking spots, but we have six covered parking areas that provide plenty of convenient parking for our residents.

What school district is Harvard Terrace located in?

Harvard Terrace is located within Tulsa Public School District 5 which is served by Edison High School and Junior High as well as Eisenhower, Eliot, Lanier and Wright Elementary Schools.

Are residents allowed to own pets?

Yes, we love pets at Harvard Terrace, but we limit pets’ weight to 30 lbs. Residents with pets are responsible for a $300 pet deposit for 1 pet and $400 pet deposit for 2 pets upon move-in, half of which is refundable. This is to cover cleaning expenses when the residents move out.

What bills are the residents responsible for?

Rent includes water and trash. Residents are responsible for gas and electric. The hot water and heater run on gas and everything else runs on electric. Most units average a total of $150/month in utilities.

How much is the security deposit and what does it cover?

The security deposit is $200 and reserves the apartment. After the resident moves out the apartment is assessed for any cleaning that wasn’t done and/or any damages. If something needs to be done the charges will come out of the deposit. Any money left after that will be returned to the resident within 30 days of the move out date.

Is there security on the property?

There is no security on the property, but history has shown us that it is not needed.

What are your office hours?
